About Jamil Harris While working toward an associate degree in physical therapy from Meridian Community College in Meridian, MS, Jamil Harris divided his time between being a store manager and helping to organize school events and activities. He also was a residential assistant who supervised campus housing. But when Jamil received his degree in 2012, he was ready to embrace a new and different challenge.
