We are here to help and our pregnancy services are free of charge. Women's Health Center offers Free Pregnancy Help and a Free Pregnancy Test as well as information on the signs of pregnancy. Women's Health Center is a nonjudgmental and confidential place of refuge and peace to those struggling with an unintended pregnancy. You may be feeling afraid, confused, alone, pressured and/or perhaps even angry. We are here to help you.
