Lauren J. Ms. Coombs's ability to identify new opportunities, and apply strategic approaches to valuation and marketing, combined with her problem-solving and negotiating skills, assures that clients will realize the most value for their position. Prior to joining First Team in 2016, Ms. Coombs earned her real estate broker license in 2010. Her career includes time in residential investment and commercial brokerage, commercial real estate development, and as a corporate real estate executive.
