Welcome to SoCal Skin and Surgery, a virtual and soon to be in-office dermatology practice led by Jenny Wang, MD, who specializes in medical and cosmetic dermatology. The practice offers access to numerous services online, including diagnosis and treatment for conditions like acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, rosacea, hyperhidrosis, melasma, and vitiligo. In addition to these convenient telehealth visits, Dr. Wang is excited to soon be adding in-office procedures at a physical location.Dr. Wang received a Bachelor of Science in biology from the University of Chicago in Chicago, Illinois. She earned her medical degree from Albert Einstein College in New York, New York, where she was inducted into the Alpha Omega Alpha Honor Medical Society. During medical school, she also began her successful medical blog. Dr. Wang took her talents to Southern California in 2019, where she completed her internship at Santa Clara Medical Center in San Jose, California. Finally, she completed her dermatology residency at the University of California, Davis.Today, Dr. Wang serves on the American Academy of Dermatology Teledermatology Task Force Committee. When she's not helping patients or working with other professionals, she likes to snowboard, weightlift, and spend time with her dog, Tango.
