Forensic Psychiatric Associates, LP (fpamed) is a national practice of psychiatric and psychological expert witnesses evaluating issues at the interface of law and behavioral medicine. We assist both defense and plaintiff civil attorneys. We also consult in criminal matters. Our consultation, reports and testimony are used to clarify behavioral issues within litigation. Our primary skill is explaining complex medical and behavioral information in understandable and accurate language. Clear communication is our highest priority. Forensic psychiatry and psychology deal with the interface of the law with mental health issues. Our psychiatry and psychology expert witnesses perform psychiatric and (neuro) psychological evaluations, write reports and testify.
