This eco-conscious club offers unlimited studio classes in yoga, dance, body conditioning and indoor cycling, a fitness floor fully stocked with cardio machines and functional training equipment, two heated outdoor pools with a 3-story waterslide and whirlpool, luxurious amenities including steam rooms, saunas, an in-club spa and the Synergy Cafe. All of the little extras- like parking, day lockers, towel service, showers and toiletries - are provided, so you can pack minimally when preparing to enjoy a little 'you-time' in the club. Additional services include childcare, spa treatments, meeting and event rentals, and private classes or training for individuals and groups.
