Dr. David Qualls is lead veterinarian at River City Animal Hospital located in Jacksonville, FL. Dr. Qualls joined River City Veterinary Hospital in 2019. He is a graduate of the University of Florida where he earned his Bachelor of Science in Agriculture and Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degrees. He is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association (AVMA), Florida Veterinary Medical Association (FVMA) and Jacksonville Veterinary Medical Society (JVMS) and has special interests in dermatology, ophthalmology, laser surgery, behavior and pet nutrition.
