Meridian College was founded in 1982 as Sunstate Academy in Sarasota, Florida. Today, Meridian offers training programs that are in demand by local employers. Our Sarasota campus is centrally located, maintain a professional environment and offer ample parking for our students. Meridian programs are developed in conjunction with local employers and industry experts to ensure that the training you get today provides you with the skills you need to start your career upon graduation. We offer flexible day, evening and weekend schedules; small class sizes; professional instructors with industry experience and a hands-on classroom environment that simulates what you can expect to find in your career field.
