In addition, she is a licensed associate broker with a local real estate firm and a certified notary public. She is a true professional with more than thirty years of business experience. Her strength is her attention to detail, compassion and empathy.

Shannon is a master tax preparer specializing in real estate investor and business taxes. She has a keen awareness of simplifying things. She is an accomplished educator with a bachelor's degree from Albany State University and a master's degree from Valdosta State University. As a prior school instructor in public schools as well as the Middle East, she has acquired an innate skill of imparting knowledge from her years of experience in this field She is a licensed real estate agent along with being a certified notary public. She has a thirst for learning new things every day and is masterful in her grasp of complex subject matters. Ideally, she is a better teacher explaining it to others simply.
