His mission statement is to treat all patients with utmost respect and to provide the best possible foot and ankle care. Dr. Cibula grew up on a small farm just outside of Chelsea, Iowa. He attended high school at Belle Plaine. He started with Cedar Valley Podiatry in 2010. Dr. Cibula is a resident of Denver, Iowa. His personal interest include cross-fit, golf and fishing.
