Providing access to quality, culturally sensitive health, dental, mental, and eye care services regardless of ability to pay, in order to promote continuous comprehensive health care in Northwest Indiana. We want you to feel good about the friendly and courteous way you're treated when you walk in the door to any of our medical & dental locations urgent care centers or pharmacies.
