He has over 15 years of sales management experience. Prior to his role at United, he served more than six years in the financial services industry. James has held multiple ascending positions, including mortgage loan originator at Chase Bank in Michigan City, Indiana. James attended Indiana University East and holds a bachelor's degree in business.
