Dennis Zelenak, PA-C, is on a mission to serve his community by providing compassionate, evidence-based, patient-centered care for the body, mind, & soul of each of his patients. He provides health care for adult and pediatric patients with acute and chronic medical issues. Dennis completed his undergraduate studies at Spring Hill College in Mobile, Alabama, obtained a Master of Arts in Theological Studies from the University of Dayton, and completed his Master of Physician Assistant Science at the University of Evansville in Indiana. He was a previous Physician Assistant Education Association (PAEA) Future Educator Fellow. He is a member of Pi Alpha (National Honor Society for Physician Assistants) and is certified by the National Commission on the Certification of Physician Assistants (NCCPA). When he isn't seeing patients, he enjoys cooking, travelling, learning about local history, and exploring the outdoors.
