Billy Ray is representing Leftovers Junk Hauling & Waste Disposal and Waste Disposal. Being the eldest of eight siblings raised by a loving mother and a retired Navy Chief Petty Officer(still married), instilling the mindset of going after and obtaining all Hopes and Dreams. He began in the work force washing dishes for a catering company, off of Bourbon Street, in New Orleans Louisiana. Upon graduating High School the next step was starting and completing Culinary School specializing in French, Creole and Cajun Cuisine. His experience includes a broad Culinary Career of working for Hyatt Regency, Sheraton, Emeril Lagasse, Brennan Family, Delta Queen Steamboat Co, Offshore Catering Companies and other great establishments. Thoughts of Catering or Restaurants was the future until the Refuse Business kind of fell into his lap...so to speak. Relating hospitality and refuse business due to both being Service Industries and gaining similar satisfaction out of providing either a needed or wanted service eased the transition of careers. We all have one thing in common...don't play with our Food! Lol!!! Coming from the Hospitality Industry with the intention of bringing that same philosophy encompassing great service, doing our part in fulfilling all safety duties in the Refuse Industry protecting and recycling for the benefit of our environment... EARTH!
