Our Hammond, Louisiana location is nestled on several serene acres just outside of the Hammond city limits. This modern and luxurious facility boasts three beautiful buildings with 10 private bedrooms, each with its own private bathroom, and 4 transitional apartments equipped with everything needed to transition back to self-care. While we are located outside of the Hammond city limits we are only six miles from North Oaks Medical Center, one of the largest level 2 trauma hospitals in Louisiana. With just a short drive from both New Orleans and Baton Rouge, Hammond is the ideal location for a peaceful, small town setting with access to top medical care. Our Louisiana location serves clients from all over the United States. At NRC of Louisiana, our team of experts work to help our residents maximize their skills, independence and quality of life.
