East Wareham Comprehensive Treatment Center (CTC), which is located in East Wareham, Massachusetts, provides outpatient opioid use disorder care with medication-assisted treatment (MAT). Adults age 18 and older can benefit from MAT for an addiction to heroin, prescription painkillers, or other opioids. East Wareham CTC offers MAT with a prescription for buprenorphine, methadone, or Suboxone. These medications can help adults stay focused on treatment by lessening the severity of their withdrawal symptoms. East Wareham CTC also provides adults with appropriate therapy, including individual and group sessions, where they will discuss coping skills, learn relapse prevention skills, and discover other resources that promote long-term recovery.
