As the leader of the Section, Jayson has been hard at work engaging with the Workers' Compensation Agency Director, Board of Magistrates and attorneys representing both injured workers and employers toward fostering a more open and efficient workers' compensation system in Michigan.

Mr. McFarland joined Jay Trucks & Associates in 2011. He began by representing clients in the area of Social Security Disability. He was promoted in 2013 to lead attorney for the firm's Social Security cases. He now oversees that department, in addition to representing clients in personal injury and insurance law cases. This includes automobile, no-fault, dog bite, and premises liability litigation.

Tom began working for Jay Trucks & Associates, P.C. in June 2006.
