Jenna Mitchell provides quality real estate lending expertise through financial counseling and product awareness to credit union members. She assists members with virtual account access, including Online and Mobile Banking options, to find the best lending options. "I am very excited to join United Federal Credit Union. I have worked in the mortgage industry since 2012, and am ready to use my expertise to help support and educate our members in West Michigan. Every individual's situation is unique, and I will ensure I find the right mortgage product to meet their needs. There are many things we cannot control in the Real Estate Market, but I can control making it a smooth mortgage process for them. I pride myself on being readily available to our members, and exceeding their service expectations. Helping others achieve their homeownership goals is one of my greatest passions." Jenna brings more than 14 years of mortgage lending and processing, and banking experience in west Michigan to her role. Prior to joining Team United, she worked as a Mortgage Loan Originator for Lake Michigan Credit Union.
