Saint Therese is developing a new senior community on 13 acres in the City of Corcoran's Southeast District, with a complete continuum of living: independent & assisted living apartments, memory care, rehabilitative and skilled nursing care all on one campus.

Nearly 40 people attended our education & information session at Rush Creek Golf Club to hear about our new senior community, Saint Therese of Corcoran.

Our vision is to grow our communities with thoughtful intention, enabling people to live life however they wish, in an atmosphere of care, compassion and respect for each individual and their family.

The design of the campus will incorporate the look and feel of Main Street and welcome the public in to grab a cup of coffee, take a class, swim in the indoor pool, attend an outdoor concert, shop at a farmer's market, and work out in the fitness center.

In the city's plan, there will be a downtown core that will feature a variety of businesses and retail shops, office space, and plenty of open areas.

The city's plan incorporates all of the key elements of new urbanism into a Town Center, including a walkable/bikeable.
