Anytime you come to see me, I'm going to treat it as a partnership. I'm going to listen and make sure you're heard. I know that one of people's biggest complaints when they go see a primary care doctor is that they feel they're not being heard, so I want people to feel like I'm taking the time to listen to what their concerns are, what their fears are, and that I'm doing everything I can to address them.
