John specializes in commercial real estate lending and helps developers, investors, owners, and builders/developers of single family homes, townhomes, and residential subdivisions. John received his Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from the University of South Carolina. He has held various board, leadership, and volunteer roles with United Way, Second Harvest Food Bank, Boy Scouts, Myers Park United Methodist Church, and SouthPark Lions Club. He holds memberships of the North Carolina Bankers Association, Charlotte Regional Business Alliance, Urban Land Institute of Charlotte, North Carolina Home Builders Association (NCHBA), and Home Builders Association of Greater Charlotte.
