You loved ice cream trucks as a kid, but now that you're an adult, there's another type of food truck out there to love. At Cocoa Forte Franchise, we started our food truck business in 2011 selling chocolate-dipped cheesecakes at community events, private events, workplaces, and other locations. People couldn't get enough of our high-end desserts, and we experienced incredible growth in a short period of time.
