Originally from Boston, Nicole moved here in 1997 to run an IT Consulting Company and enjoy all the NYC had to offer! In 2001 she decided to change careers and entered the mortgage business as a loan originator. Nicole's expertise is broad, with knowledge about Jumbo, Conventional, Sonyma, FHA and VA mortgages. She is well-versed in financing for condos and coops(including non-warrantable projects). She also originates mortgages for multifamily, HDFC co-op's, mixed use properties and coop underlying mortgages. Nicole has received recognition for her hard work in the years, garnering numerous awards in the financial field, including a high ranking in the Top 1% of Mortgage Originators for 2016 as listed in the Mortgage Executive Magazine.
