New Beginnings Pottery focuses on aiding the client to bring their innate creative skills to light. We are a back-to-work vocational program for those who have completed NOVA III addiction program. While creating beautiful works of art, the client learns valuable work skills that will aide them in their future employment, and at the same time, healing the wounds of addiction and a lifetime of hardships. Clients work with clay to design, create, sculpt, sand, polish, and paint each piece by hand. While the client is creating beauty with their inner creativity, they also experience new levels of self esteem and self worth, gaining a different perspective and a positive sense of accomplishment in their lives.
