Certified by the American Board of Internal Medicine, Dr. Charles is a summa cum laude graduate of the University at Buffalo (UB) School of Pharmacy, and earned his medical degree summa cum laude at the UB School of Medicine and Biomedical Sciences. He completed his training in internal medicine at UB and university-affiliated hospitals. He is also a pharmacist who has served as a pharmacy consultant in the area of medication management and efficiency.
