Tracy is a board-certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner. A graduate of Stony Brook University, she believes there are creative and cutting-edge ways to engage in the improvement of mental health. She uses CBT, EMDR, stress management techniques, and medication management in addition to conventional practices. Tracy welcomes the creative input of her clients and other practitioners to improve the healing process.
