For three consecutive years (2008-2010) at Fifth Third Bank, he was among the "Top 3" Loan Officers in the Columbus Ohio market for Government Loan Production. Additionally, he achieved ranking among the "Top 10" Loan Producers at First Federal for three successive years (2012 - 2014), been in the CEO Club for NFM for the last 3 years. As an alumnus of Wilmington College in Ohio, Justus holds Bachelor's degrees in Business Administration and History. Justus is a passionate advocate for those in need. Justus has contributed extensively to charities such as Ronald McDonald House, MASH Pantry, and the Byron Saunders Foundation. Through donations of food and supplies, they have helped create a positive impact on hundreds of lives. He has also given back to his community by serving on several boards and committees, as the Treasurer of Southwest Area Realtors Association (2008-2012) and Treasurer of Relay for Life (2010). Additionally, Justus volunteers as a small group leader and childcare provider when time allows. Has been part of the AmSpirit business connection community since 2011.
