Dr. Kyle Baltrusch is a board-certified plastic surgeon who joined Portland Plastic Surgery Group after graduating from his plastic surgery residency at Oregon Health and Science University (OHSU). He is affiliated with the American Society of Plastic Surgeons and the Northwest Society of Plastic Surgeons. Dr. Baltrusch focuses his practice on breast cancer reconstruction and cosmetic breast and body procedures including breast reduction and tummy tuck. He also has specialized training in transgender surgery (gender affirming top surgery) and looks forward to being an advocate for the transgender population through providing surgical transformations.
