Young restaurateurs Cristian Duarte & Mo Taylor have brought a blend of traditional southern flavors and modern American cooking to create a unique take on Nola soul food. The Bayou's interior and atmosphere match it's cuisine's unique blend of creativity and comfort. Pick and choose a mixture of items to satisfy your different tastes, and share them amongst the table.
