Rosewood Gardens is a 146-bed skilled rehabilitation and nursing facility. Nestled near the historic Main Line, this Delaware County facility is conveniently located near Rt. 3 and less than two miles from Rt. 476. Rosewood Gardens proudly offers Resident Centered Care as part of its Rapid Recovery Program. This program focuses on providing Physical, Occupational and Speech therapies in coordination with our skilled nursing care with the goal of returning patients to their highest level of independence. Residents and families may choose to remain for long term care or skilled memory care. We are honored when a patient and their loved ones choose to call Rosewood Gardens their home. A variety of dining options, recreational activities and comfortable lounge areas including an enclosed garden inspired courtyard are available to make your stay as comfortable and home-like as possible.
