Welcome to The Carina, formerly known as North Negley Residences Development. Our community is currently under construction, but we are accepting applications for our one, two, and three-bedroom apartment homes at both market and affordable rents with some income restrictions. Applications can be picked up in person at our sister property, The Lemington, located at 7151 Mary Peck Bond Pl, Pittsburgh, PA 15206, or by clicking the How to Apply link below.
