We use only the finest eye of the round beef American beef which is prepared in USDA certified plants. We are more than just jerky. We also have wild game smoked jerky and smoked meats, sausages, hot sauces and hot powders, jams and jellies, gourmet popcorn and more. We offer tasting samples in store.
