Day or night, big or small we respond. We have enough trucks and equipment to take care of any kind of loss. In this picture, we responded to an explosion that caused a water damage in a nursing home.

This was a sewer back up from the floor drain. We utilized a combination of submersible pumps and truck-mounted extractors to remove the high volume of standing water in the home. After all the water was pumped away we removed all contaminated materials: Drywall, baseboards, insulation, tack strip, and carpet. We applied an EPA-registered disinfectant and placed air equipment to dry out the framing, flooring, and non-porous items. We placed a dehumidifier to reduce the humidity in the air to assist in the drying process. We monitored the progress of drying daily. Once all areas had reached appropriate levels of drying, we removed our equipment and concluded the job.

In this picture, you can see one of the employees stretching to the vents. When we are doing a duct cleaning we get into all vents know matter where they are.

We got hired to do some carpet cleaning. As you can see there is a big difference between where we have cleaned and not cleaned.

The customer had a leaky pipe in the bathroom upstairs. As this was an older house, most of the walls were made of plaster. We did struggle a little to get the ceiling dry and had to remove a portion of the ceiling, but we installed a plastic tent and attached some lay flat ducting to it. With this, we were able to inject the hot, dry air from the dehumidifier into the tent to speed the drying of the area.

In this picture, you can see one of our technicians wearing personal protective equipment (PPE). When performing mold remediation, it is very important to wear the appropriate PPE to prevent exposure. It is equally important to contain moldy areas, and moldy materials that are being removed. In fire damage situations, heating the home can prevent expensive breaks in the plumbing system.
